All projects can be priced two ways.

Fixed Price -  You will know exactly what the cost will be before the project starts!  Miracle will work with you to define a specific scope of work for a project and give you the price for that work.   This way Miracle assumes the responsibility for cost over runs if unforeseen problems arise.   A fixed price project will always have a higher price than a time & material.

Time and Materials -  This lets you control the cost.  Miracle will work with you to define a scope of work for a project and give you an estimate of the time required to complete that work.  You then  decide what our engineers will work on while they are at your site.  This way the customer assumes the responsibility for any cost over runs.

Miracle Networking Solutions, Inc. standard business hours are 8AM - 5PM EST Monday - Friday.
All services provided outside these standard business hours shall be billable at 1.5 times the standard business hour rate.
Travel time is billable to the customer at half the standard hourly rate when on-site for less than 4 hours.
All work being performed on a time and materials basis is subject to a 1 hour on site minimum.
All Travel and services provided by Miracle on holidays shall be billed at 2 times the standard engineering rate. (New Years Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & day after, and Christmas Day).

The standard Business billing rate is $125/Hr. plus expenses. 

The standard Home billing rate is $65/Hr. plus expenses.
